Bearbrick x Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Metalhead 100% & 400% Set

At Immense Galerie, product authenticity is the foundation.

Every pair, piece of clothing or accessory that enters our inventory passes through a hands-on verification process before it is ever listed for sale. We examine construction, materials, stitching, labeling, sole shape, and box details against known originals.

How We Source

We work exclusively with trusted suppliers and established channels within the sneaker industry. We do not purchase from unverified third parties, and we do not list items we cannot trace. If provenance is unclear, the item does not make it to the floor.

What We Check

Each item is evaluated across multiple points of verification:

• Heel and tongue labeling, font accuracy, and placement
• Sole mold integrity and colorway consistency
• Stitching quality, pattern alignment, and material weight
• Lace, insole, and box authenticity
• Size-run and colorway cross-reference against release documentation

Our Standard

Platforms like StockX and GOAT authenticate after the sale. Flight Club authenticates before listing. We go further — every item is inspected before it even enters our inventory, so nothing questionable ever reaches the listing stage in the first place.

Our Guarantee

If you ever have doubt about the authenticity of an item you received from us, contact us directly. We will review it, stand behind it, or make it right for you.

Immense Galerie is built on trust. Every piece we sell carries that weight.

Every item listed on immenseshop.ca is physically in stock at our location in Royalmount, Montreal.

Order Cancellations

To request a cancellation before your order ships, email boutiqueimmense@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. Cancellation requests for a change of mind are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed.

If we agree to a discretionary cancellation, we may propose deducting the actual, documented payment-processing costs that our payment provider does not refund to us, only where permitted by applicable law. We will disclose the exact amount and the proposed refund before requesting your written agreement. No deduction will be made automatically.

Approved cancellation refunds are issued to the original payment method, subject to any lawful deduction expressly agreed upon.

No cancellation or processing fee applies when you exercise a statutory cancellation right or when the cancellation results from our error or failure to meet our obligations. Orders that have already shipped are handled under the return policy below, subject to applicable consumer law.

Your Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer-protection laws. Our store-credit policy, return window, condition requirements, exclusions, and customer-paid return shipping apply to voluntary change-of-mind returns only. Where the law requires a refund, remedy, or payment of return shipping costs, we will comply with those requirements.
