Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging intact. No exceptions to condition.

 

How to Start a Return

Email us at boutiqueimmense@gmail.com with your order number. Do not send anything back without contacting us first — unrequested returns will not be accepted.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Once your return is approved, we'll send you the address and instructions.

 

Damages & Wrong Items

Inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away and we'll resolve it.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or any item that has been worn or altered from its original condition.

 

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued as store credit within 2–5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. If 10 business days have passed with no update, reach out at boutiqueimmense@gmail.com.

 

EU Customers

Orders shipped to the European Union are eligible for return within 14 days under the EU cooling-off period, under the same condition requirements above.
