Contact us immediately with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll open an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve it as quickly as possible. We strongly recommend keeping your tracking information until delivery is confirmed.

We offer store credit and exchanges on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.

No. All sale items, final sale items, and release or limited edition products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please review your selection carefully before purchasing.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is the result of our error. We recommend using a trackable courier — we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Once your return is received and passes inspection, store credit is issued within 2–5 business days. For exchanges, we recommend placing a new order for the item you want once your return has been approved.

Yes. Select in-store pickup at checkout and we’ll notify you when your order is ready to collect at our Royalmount location. Valid ID is required at pickup.
