Standard shipping is free on all orders over $300. For orders below that threshold, rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Express shipping options are also available at checkout.

We offer store credit and exchanges on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.

No. All sale items, final sale items, and release or limited edition products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please review your selection carefully before purchasing.

Once your return is received and passes inspection, store credit is issued within 2–5 business days. For exchanges, we recommend placing a new order for the item you want once your return has been approved.

Yes. Select in-store pickup at checkout and we’ll notify you when your order is ready to collect at our Royalmount location. Valid ID is required at pickup.
