Every pair, piece of clothing or accessory that enters our inventory passes through a hands-on verification process before it is ever listed for sale. We examine construction, materials, stitching, labeling, sole shape, and box details against known originals.

How We Source

We work exclusively with trusted suppliers and established channels within the sneaker industry. We do not purchase from unverified third parties, and we do not list items we cannot trace. If provenance is unclear, the item does not make it to the floor.

What We Check

Each item is evaluated across multiple points of verification:

• Heel and tongue labeling, font accuracy, and placement
• Sole mold integrity and colorway consistency
• Stitching quality, pattern alignment, and material weight
• Lace, insole, and box authenticity
• Size-run and colorway cross-reference against release documentation

Our Standard

Platforms like StockX and GOAT authenticate after the sale. Flight Club authenticates before listing. We go further — every item is inspected before it even enters our inventory, so nothing questionable ever reaches the listing stage in the first place.

Orders are processed, packed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of purchase. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging intact. No exceptions to condition.

How to Start a Return

Email us at boutiqueimmense@gmail.com with your order number. Do not send anything back without contacting us first — unrequested returns will not be accepted.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Once your return is approved, we'll send you the address and instructions.

Damages & Wrong Items

Inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away and we'll resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or any item that has been worn or altered from its original condition.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued as store credit within 2–5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. If 10 business days have passed with no update, reach out at boutiqueimmense@gmail.com.

EU Customers

Orders shipped to the European Union are eligible for return within 14 days under the EU cooling-off period, under the same condition requirements above.
